Documentation available for every order
- FDA food-contact declaration — aligned to 21 CFR 177.1975 for PVC food-contact films.
- EU Regulation (EU) No 10/2011 declaration of compliance — on request, with matching migration-test reports.
- SGS / third-party test reports — heavy metals (Pb, Cd, Hg, Cr), overall migration, specific migration of plasticisers.
- Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) and technical data sheet per product code.
- Certificate of Origin (CCPIT) — Form A, Form E (ACFTA), RCEP CO as applicable.
- Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading aligned to the Incoterm you contract under.
Process-level controls
Raw material incoming inspection, inline thickness monitoring, batch-level retention samples, and a dedicated QC team review every outgoing production lot. Our PVC formulation — unchanged across our Dalian and Ningbo facilities — has been in continuous production for more than 20 years.
