SUNWRAP (三荣SUNWRAP / SYC) is the export brand of Ningbo Sanrong New Materials Co., Ltd. We are a Korean-invested Chinese manufacturer of food-grade PVC and PE cling film, serving supermarkets, HORECA groups, food processors and private-label importers in more than 30 countries.
Our story
Our factory was founded in 2004 as Dalian Sanrong Chemical Co., Ltd. — a subsidiary of Sanrong Chemical Co., Ltd. of Korea, with a total investment of RMB 400 million. For 20 years we produced food-grade PVC cling film at our Dalian plant, supplying Korean, Japanese and Chinese supermarkets, as well as exporting through distributors across Asia, the Middle East and Africa.
In 2025 we relocated and restructured as Ningbo Sanrong New Materials Co., Ltd. The new facility in the Ningbo Qianwan New Area (Cixi) sits 40 km from Ningbo-Zhoushan Port — the world's largest container port — giving our export customers faster, cheaper ocean freight to every major destination. We used the relocation to commission new PVC production lines and to add a dedicated PE cling film line, giving buyers a non-chlorinated option alongside our classic PVC range.
What we make
- PVC cling film — the core product. Food-grade, FDA-compliant, crystal-clear, high self-cling. Available in jumbo rolls for industrial converters and in supermarket / HORECA / retail roll sizes.
- PE cling film — added in 2025. A polyethylene alternative for buyers in markets with procurement or regulatory pressure on PVC.
- Private-label / OEM — we run custom widths, thicknesses, core sizes, colour-printed cartons, and local-language labels (Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese, Vietnamese, Indonesian).
Quality and compliance
Every SUNWRAP-branded SKU ships with FDA food-contact compliance on the label and is regularly SGS-tested. For EU-bound shipments we provide a declaration of compliance to Regulation (EU) No 10/2011 on request, and we work with the buyer's customs broker on certificates of origin (CCPIT), inspection reports and market-specific registrations (SFDA, SABER, SONCAP, FSSAI, BPOM and others) as needed.
