SUNWRAP is a full-service OEM cling film manufacturer. The company behind the service: Ningbo Sanrong New Materials Co., Ltd. Material: PVC (polyvinyl chloride) or PE (polyethylene), depending on the positioning of your retail SKU (supermarket fresh counter vs microwave-safe / PVC-free home use).
Dimensions: thickness (PVC 8–15 µm, PE 9–20 µm); width (200–1500 mm); length (15 m retail to 5000 m jumbo); core diameter (1”, 1.5”, 3”, or custom).
Printed film: up to 8-color gravure printing on the film itself — useful for premium retail SKUs or for batch codes on industrial lines.
Color box: full-color offset printing with matte or gloss lamination, spot UV, hot-stamping foil; cutter-box designs standard for household retail.
Master carton: custom-printed outer cartons with the buyer’s brand, SKU code, barcode and destination-market regulatory marks.
Labeling: English primary plus local-language secondary — Arabic, Bahasa, Vietnamese, Tagalog, Hindi, Urdu, Spanish, French.

MOQ, tooling and lead time
For printed retail color boxes with your brand, MOQ sits around 10,000 boxes per SKU — driven by the printing-plate economics, not by the film itself. Plate fees are typically USD 200–800 per SKU depending on print complexity and are usually refunded against the second production run. For plain film with your labels stuck on, or with relabeled master cartons only, MOQ drops to 500 cartons. Lead time is 5–7 days for artwork sign-off followed by 20–30 days of production, shortened or extended in line with order size and peak-season loading.
Manufacturing and quality control
Private-label orders run on the same extrusion lines, in the same food-grade cleanroom, as our stock product. Incoming resin is batch-tested, extrusion is monitored in-line, printing is verified against signed proofs at the start of each run, and finished product is inspected for thickness uniformity, clarity, cling strength, print color accuracy, and packaging integrity. Retained samples are archived against every export lot for at least 12 months, and a per-lot COA ships with every order.
Shipping and export
Private-label cling film ships under HS code 3920.43 / 3920.49 (PVC) or 3920.10 (PE). Default FOB Ningbo; CIF / CFR / EXW available on request. From Ningbo-Zhoushan Port — approximately 40 km from our plant — typical transit is 3–5 days to Ho Chi Minh, 5–7 days to Manila and Bangkok, 7–10 days to Jakarta, 15–20 days to Alexandria, and 18–25 days to Jebel Ali and Lagos.
Brand protection
We know private-label buyers worry about their artwork and their territory. We sign mutual NDAs on request, we do not reuse private-label plates for other customers, and we are willing to commit in writing to territorial exclusivity within defined markets. If your program needs a specific IP arrangement, tell the export team what you need and we will document it.

For plain film with relabeled cartons only, MOQ is 500 cartons. First-order MOQs are negotiable; we would rather start a long-term private-label relationship at a slightly lower first run than lose the program.
Do you charge a plate fee or artwork fee?+

Artwork adaptation is free if you supply print-ready files; we charge a small design fee only if we design from scratch. Plate fees are typically refunded against the second production run.

Either works. If you supply print-ready AI / PDF files, we verify them and go to plate. If you only have a logo, our design team can produce packaging artwork in English plus the local language of the destination market (Arabic, Bahasa, Vietnamese, Tagalog, Hindi, Urdu, Spanish, French) and send you proofs for sign-off.

We treat buyer artwork as confidential. We do not reuse private-label plates for other customers, and we do not sell private-label SKUs into the buyer's exclusive territory. A mutual NDA and a written territorial exclusivity clause are available on request.
